listmonk-analytics KPI visibility built so the whole team can see what's happening without asking.
Analytics dashboard for listmonk, deployed to Railway behind auth, reading real data over the private Railway network via custom-domain CNAME and TLS. Built end to end and live.
MCP server suite Agentic tooling that takes grunt work off the team and ships it automatically.
Three custom Model Context Protocol servers — quality-assurance (review + lessons log), email-gen (Claude-generated editorial email), and editorial (vendor data). They are the backbone of a multi-agent Node.js content production pipeline that runs daily, not as a demo.
listmonk + SES infrastructure Migrated a core operation off SaaS onto owned infra — cost down, control up.
Self-hosted email infrastructure: listmonk on Railway with Amazon SES for delivery, migrated off hosted SaaS onto owned infrastructure. Includes managing SES production access and sender-reputation health.
The sealer: I bring agentic AI into operations to remove manual work, and I've built the whole operation myself — so I optimize from inside the work, not from above it.
